free dining to my existing reservation, and take my mother from my room. To book my mother, her own room. So, she says ok. What is your res number. I tell her. She goes on to say. So, you are just taking your mother out of the room, is that what you are calling me for. I say, I would also like to add free dining to my reservation, and book my mother in another room under free dining. She goes on to say, interupting me. what is the code? I mean with attitude! Because, you cannot book free dining, unless you have a code. I give the code. She is puzzled, like how did you get that? I tell her from a forum. She was so horrible. Snickering, as if she didnt want to be bothered. Anyhow, she says oh you were booked at the Pop. But, there are no more rooms there, unless you want the last preferred, room left. So, I guess your mom, and you wont be together, afterall, if you take that. I said, thats fine. As long as she can get in any value. She said yes IF, any are available. With such an attitude. So she says there is only music, left for your mom. one standard room left. You may get lucky to have the last room. If I do this right. So, I had had enough. I said you know Disney has the most pleasant cm's I have encountered. I will definately have to call back, and tell your supervisor. How pleasant of a cm you are being today to me. With that, the tone changed. She then gives me my reservation number, and my mothers, and tells me to have a magical trip!! I am trying to input the numbers she gave me, on disney's site. I am worried. She may not have added dining. I really would like to call back to advise Disney of this problem employee. I mean. There is no reason to be outright rude. Is there?
