How long from AK to MGM?

We weren't planning on visiting MGM but with the EE AP days at AK, we are thinking of going to MGM after a short visit to AK. Can someone tell me how long it takes to get to MGM from AK? Thanks for the help.

You can take a bus from AK to MGM. The guide book says to allow 45 - 1 hour from door to door. It will depend on if there is a bus waiting or how long you have to wait for a bus. If you want you could even take a bus to any Epcot Resort and then transfer to the MGM boat.

We are doing the exact same thing on Sunday.

I would say that it is closer to 30-45 minutes. Most of the time will probably be waiting for the bus. The actual ride is probably no longer than 15 minutes.
