I'm not a nail-biter but the wait to hear from Disney ROFR is making me nuts 
! Anybody have news on recent resales - how long and what is clearing ROFR or being snatched up. We have offer of $76 per point on a 360 pt VWL contract. 144 '04 points remaining with dues and taxes paid, all '05 points coming in Sept. We love the Wilderness Lodge - my 4 year old says he likes our house but he likes our other home(VWL) better!
