How long for lunch at CRT?

I booked lunch at the castle the last day of our trip... I was thinking I had PLENTY of time then I started thinking since the Magic Express sets you up for 3 hours ahead of your flight I may NOT have time.

On Average how long does a lunch take (we can eat fast I am just wondering how fast they get the food to you)
my ressies are for 2:00 and since our flight is at 7:00 I see they will pick us up for the airport at 4:00

would you think 2 hours will give us time to eat and get back to POR to be picked up by 4?

i am planning lunch on my last day, but i don't think this will give you enough time. Provided that you actually get in on time, then you need to wait in line for the photo with cinderella, you never know. then you need to get transportation back to your hotel and get your carry ons(if you left them) Also, the 3 hrs is when the bus leaves, but you would need to be there at least by 3:45. I think i would allow for at least 1.5 hrs for the lunch incl.waiting time.
