I was supposed to have a ticket out to IT for them to fix my points to the amounts and places they belonged to after they got messed up on multiple reservations. But I called today and apparently nothing got opened to fix them. This was more than a month ago too that this ticket was 'opened'. So I got a manager to deal with the whole thing and she's going to open a ticket about it but I was wondering how long this type of stuff normally takes.
The error right now is 30points in my favor so if they want to ignore it, it's not hurting me but it is messing up my account.
