How long for HHN tickets to arrive?

I ordered my Stay-n-Scream and HHN Express Passes over the phone on August 10. It's been over two weeks and they still haven't arrived. How long does it normally take for them to ship? I don't know what kind of shipping option they gave me, because it was free. I also never got a confirmation e-mail afterwards, which they said they would send. Should I be worried?

You might want to call with the confirmation # and ask them where the tix are. I didn't think it took two weeks but I could be wrong. Call them early next week.

I also think you should call. I am not sure the Frequent Fear passes I purchased were processed the same way as yours, but I ordered our 4 passes last Sunday via the AP phone line (the online system wasn't working) and they were Fed Ex to me by Wednesday, possibly Tuesday. I can't rememeber exactly which day but I thought, "Boy, that was quick!" They initially told me it would take a week to 10 days. I had to be present to sign for the tickets when they arrived.

i received my express passes, frequent fear pass and peak night hhn tickets within 6 days of ordering them.

mine came by snail.

which of course was free.


you might have kiosk pick up listed on your order.

i was told tickets mailed snail are usually sent out 14 days before the first date they are needed.

i requested mine asap as i didn't want to wait

I'd be giving them a call to follow up if I were you.

We live outside the US and had ours in hand very quickly. We ordered them on a Monday morning and had them by the end of the week.

Thanks for your help, everyone! I called this morning, and they told me that they were shipped on the 22nd. Not sure why they took 12 days to ship out, but hopefully they'll be here sometime this week!.

Edit: They came in the mail today! How ironic. haha. I still don't know why it took so long, but they're here now
