How long for DVC to remove our sold contract from account?

We sold one of our contracts and closed at least ten days ago. How long will it take DVC to remove that contract from our account?

It will probably be removed during the process of setting up the account for the new owner. That process can reportedly take 10 to 14 business (Mon-Fri) days.
