How long for concierge to respond?

We will be staying Poly concierge in May. I have tried to contact them for the past couple of days with no luck. I have left a message, but haven't heard anything back. How long does it usually take for them to respond to messages? I would like for them to book one ps for me and the 90 day mark is on Sunday. I don't want to keep bothering them, but I would like to know if this is something they will take care of. I received the itinerary planner in the mail about three days ago, but I thought since the ps can be made so soon, calling them might be better. Thanks!

Yes, I did. I thought I could send specific information that way.i.e our reservation number, restaurant, time, etc.

By the way, congratulations! Also, your website is what "sold" me on staying at the Poly! Thank you!

Contact Tara! She's the best, I emailed and she's the one who e-mailed me back, she has been super helpful!

Did you leave them the details for your PS on your message? If so, they probably have entered it into the computer and just haven't had a chance to respond. Here's their e-mail address, wdw.polynesian.island.planning.office@disney.com. In this technology age, sometimes that just the easiest form of communication.

Shoot me an email and I will send you their electronic version of the Personal Itinerary that you can email them with your info.

They do get busy and may have entered the info. I have sent the Itinerary and did not hear back. They usually send you a confirmation on all of your things just before you go. THey also get backed up on calls since they take care of the Wilderness lodge concierge also.

I am sure you will hear from them and I would not worry.
