The price of my desired cruise has gone up $300 since I sent my request to my TA! How long does your TA take to get back to you via email? I'm just curious. I'm already upset that I missed out on the early morning booking because I was at work.

Mine responded back within about 2 minutes... Lol WITH a reserved cabin already for July 2013! And a stateroom #! I still don't get how ppl book and don't get stateroom numbers right away...

My TA responses back to me with in the hour if I have to leave her a message or email her. She is truly one of the best TA's ever.

I emailed my TA around 7:30AM and within 20 minutes she responded and I had email confirmations back on the two cruises she booked for me! If I had to wait more than an hour for a response I would not be using the person.

I received an email this morning from my TA at DU. I wrote and asked that my dummy dates be moved to a date in 2013. He wrote me right back with the prices and I asked him to re-book! Done. It took a total of about 3 minutes!

If it isn't time-sensitive, he usually takes a couple hours to respond. I love DU!!!

Mine responded within 5 minutes today, I was so pleasantly surprised. He Sent quite a few follow up mails, too, just to make sure I was aware of everything I needed to know. I'm really impressed with his service

I use a TA that over the years had become a great friend as well, so since we use IM for most of everything we chat about I had a response, stateroom number and price while she was still on the phone with DCL. Not everyone has that capability and when its something that I need and she isn't on we do email each other, in general if its not important she will have an answer and a response to me before 24 hours is over. If it is time sensitive its much sooner I'd say in less then a couple of hours time.

My TA will typically respond to an e-mail within a matter of minutes. If I want "right now" service, I can pick up the phone and call the agency's 800 number. I also have the option of using the agency's general e-mail which will get a response if the agent who usually does my bookings is not immediately available. One of the nicest things about a "bricks and boards" office is that if "my" person is out, someone else is readily available to meet my needs.

My TA was already armed with all of the info she needed for this morning. She had our dummy cruises moved to the dates and room we wanted before I even got out of bed!! I woke up to her email telling me it was DONE!!! YEA US!!

same here... and I called mine in a panic when I wanted to move the date I told her after seeing one of the 'cheap' cruises this morning.. and she was right on it. Having a cruise go up and up is not worth waiting on any TA IMO... on a day like this they should be very available!

My TA was emailing me back so quickly this morning that our emails crossed, and I found I was replying to her message one or two messages before!

The best part of using a TA was I sent her my rebooking instructions, then got on a plane, and when I landed I was booked at opening prices in the rooms I'd requested and had confirmations in my inbox. I had the exact same situation last October when the Fantasy bookings first opened, with the same awesome result!
