How long does the Candlelight Processional last?

Just thinking ahead of a safe time to book a dinner package if I planned to attend the 5:00 show.

How do the dinner packages work? Are you are tied to a certain eating time or not? Also do they open up or save times to eat if no ADR are currently available for a certain restaurant.

I've made ADR's for each night. I was planning to adjust/cancel/rebook when the dinner packages come out if it works into our schedule. I'm just clueless how the entire thing works. This will be our 2nd December trip to Disney but we missed the Candlelight Processional last trip. It rained EVERY day and we just didn't make it. I really want to see it this year.

TIA.

If you call to book the Candlelight Processional (when it is finally released), they give you a certain range of times either before or after the show (you specify which).

The show is about 40 minutes long.

If you book a restaurant at Epcot without the package, it won't be tied to the package and you'll have to book another ADR with the package and cancel the regular ADR; they cannot convert it.

Yes, they are holding back some ADR times for the people who want to book the CP package.

I did the 6:45p show and at at 4:30p last year. I have little ones so this worked best for us.

Just one note: The show is so much prettier after dark. If there is any way you could eat first and then see the second show it might be worth it. They will tell you when you book what time you need to eat for a certain show. You can eat before or after. Think next time if we did the package, we would eat after to avoid the RUSH we got from the resturant but we do not have small children so that might not workk for you.
