How long does ROFR generally take??

Ours took less than a week! Now we're just waiting to close. I would imagine things will be moving quickly until March 20th when all the new changes occur.

Wow, that was fast! I think it more typically takes 20+ (calendar) days or so. I believe ours took about 24 days last year. I would think it may take a bit longer now with all the resales right now but that's just a guess.

We passed ROFR last week. It took just about 30 days for us.
