I read on these boards that lunch can take a while at Teppan Edo. Is this true?

We have a 12:20 lunch time set up right not for Teppan Edo, but then a 5:30 dinner at Le Cellier. I dont want to spend so much time at TE, then be too full LC.

We may just cancel TE and do a quick service instead and so we can do dinner at LC, does that sound better?

In the Japanese places we go to around where we live it can take around 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I also walked out very stuffed. If you dont fill up too much on the carbs and eat mostly protein maybe you will be fine to make your dinner time. Personally i would stretch it out a bit more by maybe an hour but if that is your only choice then do it.

For me the issue is how much park time do you want to sacrifice for sit-down meals? We love both Teppen Edo and LeCellier but I would never do 2 TS meals in one day, unless one was a character breakfast and the other a dinner.
If you show up for Teppan at 12:10 and don't get seated for 20 or 30 minutes, then take 1.5 hours for the entire "show" you'll be out of there around 2- 2:30. I don't think you'll be ready for another full meal at 5:30.

No way - I wouldn't do a lunch and dinner TS in one day. I love both places - you will be stuffed at both. You also don't want to not enjoy Teppen Edo because you don't want to get full.
