I'm planning a late afternoon/ early evening visit to DD with dinner at House of Blues around 5:30 (or whenever they start serving dinner). Can 2 adult women who don't really care to "shop" but "experience" DD do it in this amount of time? I'm talking 2-3 hours...not including time spent at HOB.

Editing to add....We aren't doing PI or DQ.

I hate to shop - so I can do DD generally in under an hour.

but if you are just looking - yea - I guess so....

problem is - if you are looking you will find something to buy - this is not a good place for window shopping.... you might find yourself buying....

it is the Disney influence.

you know the same reason that growth men buy those goofy ears and then actually wear them....

We are not big shoppers at all and can do Downtown Disney in an hour or to an hour and a half.

Oh! Well, in that case, I have nothing to worry about! I was thinking I wasn't allowing enough time for it. Thanks for the replies!

Just another vote in agreement with you. We were there in November when they were decorated for Christmas and really enjoyed it, but we didn't spend over a hour and a half looking around. We don't buy much in the way of souvenirs, because I think most everything is over priced (not to offend anybody, JMHO), but we really enjoy looking at all the different items.

would you eat there? we made a ressie for Capn Jacks - any good? :confused3 :listen:

I had planned for a whole day there, of course we are doing the Bibbidi Bobbity boo boutique...for DD...which will kill a couple of hours

OMG....I'm afraid to admit but I can spend well over an hour in the World of Disney Store alone ! :rotfl: Let alone a sit down meal in that time period and all those other shops ! But then again, I love to shop.... :cool1:

That really depends on who is shopping. MY DH=1 hour. My two DD's and myself=1/2 day.
