How long does it take for Dues info to appear after contract finalized?

Mine was up a two days after closing.

It took at least 4 weeks when I did my last direct purchase. However, that was when VGF2 had opened up and I bought in the first 6 weeks of sales. So, YMMV

A few days after fully closed. You get an email when the dues are ready to be paid.

Will just note that, even if you don't have the dues amounts, but you have closed, you can still make dues payments on each contract. I did that after I closed on my contracts back in early July because I had some Disney GCs I wanted to liquidate, and figured I might was well just do it. After I actually got the bill (which I think took a couple of weeks for me), then I paid the rest that was owed.
