How long does it take for DU to contact me?

Just curious. I put in a reservation request on Saturday morning for the Swan. I received a phone call within the hour from "Bob" informing me that one of the days during my stay is blacked out for a convention. He recommended I put another request in the system, which I did. Its nearly 2pm on Monday now and I haven't heard anything yet. How long do they normally take? With all of the Spanish code excitement, I'm getting a little restless.
 
I also sent a request on Saturday night for a reservation and it took about 24 hours for someone to get back to me.

I e-mailed last night and again about 1 1/2 hours ago, and I'm still waiting :(.

I am sorry that you are waiting on a response. As you might imagine, Dreams Unlimited has been very busy this weekend with all the folks trying to escape the bad weather.

Hang in there Teresa! Just seconds after I posted this question, I received an email from Tricia at DU with a hold on WL for only $149! Woo Hoo!!! Its standard view, but its a great rate. I've still got my fingers crossed for AP rates at YC or BC, but I'll take this one for now. :D
