You didn't mention if it is from Disney or a resale. Disney does their closings on one day of the week, Wednesday I believe. So typically they will close 1 to 3 weeks after your refusal period ends.
Reslaes depend on your agent and how busy the title company/closing service is.
We bought a reslae from a private party and from offer to closing was four weeks. We just bought another resale through the Timeshare store and offer to closing will be roughly 7 weeks. If you bought resale through a broker, they should have given you an estimated closing day with the paperwork and a firm day once you passed ROFR. If it has been longer than 8 weeks I'd give your broker/closing agent a call and find out when it is scheduled.
