I googled this to find answers ranging from 3-4 days to "forever". I read that using garlic or onion will make it last for less time than just oil/vinegar/herbs, but what about fresh jalapenos?
Does anyone here have experience with making homemade vinaigrette and can comment on how long it keeps for? I am planning on making a jalapeno-cilantro one.
