How long does Festival of Fantasy Parade last?

So we have a 4pm reservation for Harmony Barbershop. We will not be in the park that day until right before. I know it starts at 3 but that's in Frontierland. How long does it take to get to Main Street and when does it end? I just don't want to get stuck and miss our appointment. Is it possible to cross the street? I've never tried

The head of the parade will reach that end of Main Street by about 3:27.
The end of the parade will exit the park near the Harmony Barbershop by approximately 3:45pm.
