We have ADR for Cal grill on Aug 27 7:50 for our 15 wed Ann... but now I realize the fireworks are at 10! Will we still be there or should I make other plans.... ? :confused3

My only experience is with 3 adults and 2 children. We arrived at 5:45 pm and left at 7:30 pm. I would say our dinner would be a little faster than starting at 7:30 (it wasn't busy when we arrived, but was much busier when we left).

All things considered, I would say it's possible. I'm sure there are others on this board who have better expertise than me.

Unless you order drinks, apps, meal, dessert, coffee and after dinner drinks, I doubt you will be able to watch from your seat.

But, if you do above, you can view from Observation deck.

We were there for a good 2 hours for a meal there in April. If your PS is at 7:50, most likely you won't get seated promptly - you may have to wait 20 min or so. Your timing for Wishes is pretty good. Even if you are done eating, you can go out to the Observation deck.

We were there on July 31st. Our PS was for 7:30 and we were seated at about 7:35. We had completely finished our meal (which was excellent, by the way) and had paid the check by 9:30. We went out onto the observation deck and waited for Wishes at 10:00. I think your timing is fine.
