How long do you wait to book a flight for Nov/Dec???

Just got an email from Booking Buddy about flights on JetBlue and Delta for $138 (+ taxes and fees) nonstop roundtrip, thru Dec 15th, just not on Fri or Sun. Might be something you want to look into, if you're flexible about flight times. We like to get there early and leave late, so they might not work for us. I know it's hard to compare since Southwest hasn't released their fares yet, but if these work, book them! Good luck!

I know what I want to pay. Anything under $250 pp, r/t, at the right times, is what I want. I booked with JB the morning they opened up their Dec window this week. Got $247 for the exact flights I wanted. They were $113 each way. Will those fares go down? Maybe. Don't care. I refuse to play the 'airfare game'. Way too stressful. Besides, I've lost that game too many times. I book when I see a flight I can live with. I am not going to stress over a few dollars difference.

That is exactly how I feel, the stress of watching for fares to go down a couple of dollars compared to my peace of mind knowing I have mine booked at a good price is more valuable to me. I too booked first day JB fares came out RT $244.40 I am
