We're back!!!!!

Who missed me?? We had a blast. I am going to start my trip report soon. I need to unpack. We got home yesterday late afternoon. I had to head straight to the doctor with Grace. Her cough has gotten worse. The doctor tested her for whooping cough . I won't know any results from the test until next week. Some of you might remember that I was sick in October. The doctors thought I had pneumonia and then after several doctor visits they said I have asthama. It was crazy. Then Grace got sick and was put in the hospital with bacterial pneumonia. Courtney has been to the doctor too a few times with a cough. She has been coughing for over a month and I am still coughing since October. I told the doctor all of this last night and he is thinking that we all may have whooping cough. I freaked out. It is soooooooooooo scary when Grace coughs she turns blue. I will let you know the test results as soon as I get them. The doctor said he has seen some cases of Whooping cough lately in teenagers where we live.

I am so tired because I was up most of the night with Grace. Disney World wears you out and to top it off I have been up with a sick baby for a couple of nights. I still need to unpack. As soon as I can I will start my trip report. I will post a link here when I start it.

I was able to meet up with Talissa when I was in Baton Rouge. We both wished you could have been there too. Next time....because I'll be back down there at some point.

Whooping cough?!? I have heard of some cases, but none this year. I hope you get some answers and some relief!

And I can't wait to hear about your trip! It sounds like you had a great time, despite the illnesses!

Back! I sure did miss you. I'm glad y'all had a fun trip. I am so sorry to hear about all of your coughing issues. I hope Grace is ok. There have been a couple cases of whooping cough around here too. When I went to the doctor, that's what he thought I had too until he listened to my lungs. Then he knew it was pneumonia. Crazy, I thought whooping cough was a thing of the past! I'll send some her way.

Can't wait to see the TR. Mine will be done soon but not to fear, a PTR will follow then another TR!!! Woo hoo!

aww, i hope everyones ok, i just got revaccinated against whooping cough with my last tetanus, the doc said a lot of people who were vaccinated against it as kids, their immunity has worn off, and since i work in pre k she thought it was a good idea. hope your cutie feels better soon.

Hi Coteau Chick! It's Alisa the DISer who met you outside Areosmith RnR at HS. Just on the boards for a couple of minutes and wanted to say Welcome Home. I was so happy to get a change to meet you and your family. You were the only DISer I met---I didn't see any other lime green. We kept seeing you throughout the week at about every park we visited. My inlaws asked at one point--"is she stalking us or are we stalking them I just explained to them we both follow TGM so we naturally were in the same parks; Some friends of ours (she is a fellow DISer) were with us one day and I pointed u out to her and she said she saw you some other time during the week but she didn't introduce herself because she would have felt too weird. I really think its because her husband would have made fun of her---he doensn't get it----I tell him he's the weird one!!! We had a great trip. My DH is going to do a trip report soon and I'll let you know where to find it. Again it was great meeting you and your family. I hope Gracie feels better soon.
