How long do SWA credits last?

Just used a DING and have a $260 credit. How long till it expires? Where do I check this information? Thank you all! Just used the DING for our January trip from Hartford to Orlando RT.

You have to complete travel by one year from the date of the original ticket purchase. People have reported being able to call and get a six-month extension, but there are restrictions that go with it (no, I don't know what they are)
