How long did you wait to be contacted by DFTW?

I requested information several weeks ago and have yet to hear back from them. I've heard here that they're updating everything soon, it might have been October, could that be responsible for the delay?

I would trying calling back.

The first call you make is answered by a sales rep. They forward your information on to one of the wedding consultants who is supposed to call you back within a couple of days of your original call. The consultant will answer your questions and get the ball rolling depending on the date you're looking for.

I called on a Thursday morning first morning thing. I heard from the wedding consultant by Friday afternoon.

There may something going on at the DFTW offices, but you still should have heard something by now.

I called on a Thursday and heard back from a sales rep Monday morning. And this was 3 weeks ago so you may want to try calling back. I even did a site visit a week after I spoke with her.

Our CP called us in less than 24 hours, by the next day I had a bunch of info and she called again to make an appt for our site visit. I would call back.
