How long did you wait for your request?

For those of you who are DISaver members...
How long did you wait for your reply from DISavers to your reservation request after you submited it?

I posted on the 5/2. It's a bit disappointing not to get a response let. Makes me a little leary.....

All requests currently received thru DISavers have been processed. If you have sent a request and NOT had a reply, please send me a note and I'll look into it immediately.

We try to book all requests within 24 hours. If you are transferring an existing reservation, we will need addtional information and you should be notified of the needed information. If you have submitted a request and have not heard anything, please let us know!

I signed up for disavers on5/5/02 and received e-mail notification from pay pal that I had "successfully signed up for a subscription to disavers." I can't figure out how to make a resservation now through disavers.The disavers e-mail that I received says that I will receive an e-mail with my member ID and instructions on how to access the member services page. I have the e-mail subscription receipt from pay pal but I do not see anything that says that. Will that come in another e-mail to follow or am I doing something wrong? Thanks, I am anxious to make the reservation and am now concerned that something went wrong in the process.

Yes, you should receive an email from DISavers with your member number and a link to the reservation site where you can submit the reservation.

If you haven't received your information by tomorrow, please let me know and I'll check into it for you.

Thanks Doc, I've already checked this morning and so far no new e-mail from DISavers. The only e-mail I've received from DISavers was AFTER I made payment to pay pal I got an e-mail from DISavers saying "We have received your request for membership. The next step is for you to submit payment." I do have the receipt from pay pal showing that I "have successfully signed up for a subscription to dissavers using PayPal" and showing that I was charged $49.95 for 1 year. Thanks for your help, I will check my e-mail later to see if I get anything else from DISavers. I guess you can tell I can't wait !! Thanks again, it's great to know that there's someone available to help iron out the kinks. Karen
