How long did it take to receive an AP you ordered online?

I ordered mine on Nov 21 and paid the $10 for express shipping and I still haven't received it.
I'm just wondering if this is normal or if I should be worried and call Disney.

Hmmm, it's been 2 weeks now. Of course, there was a thanksgiving holiday in there. I guess I'll give them a call.

I did express service and it came 10 days later. I was not happy so I sent an email and had the $10 removed from the bill. Disney said the lag was not acceptable.

I finally got ahold of someone today. My pass was never shipped. The CM was very apologetic and said there had been a couple of computer issues that may have caused the problem. She was going to send it, but she said I could just pick it up when I arrived. Since I already have my voucher number for BRP ressies and ordering a DDE, I really didn't need them to send anything.
