How long did it take to figure out what this was?

Ok, we’ve learned that some of you need to get out more! You can’t leave your bathing suit outside to dry after the sun has set, with the humidity it never dries, so this is where you hang them after everyone has showered! or your “unmentionables” if you hand wash them!

Well on the cruise ships, if you place your items outside on the veranda to dry, they will either end up on someone else's veranda or out to sea. Love the cord.
