Theoretically, if the vouchers don't expire, could you wait several years to activate them? Or is there some point where Disney would "void" them?

I'm so glad you asked that question, I had been wondering that myself!!

No deadline for the activation of AP vouchers has been published but we cannot be sure such an announcement will never happen.

I doubt that Disney would void old AP vouchers but they could require that you pay more money as if you were buying an AP at the current price.

OK, that's pretty much what I was thinking. Thanks! :)

Won't happen, just as they won't charge you more to use old admissions from previous years' tickets. They can change the terms of the vouchers going forward but they cannot change the terms under which the old ones were previously sold.
