How long can almond bark keep for?

I bought some almond bark last year at 75% off (maybe 90%) after Christmas. I've looked online, but don't see anywhere saying how long it keeps for (and there is no date on the package). Do you think it'd still be good? I didn't freeze it.

Thanks!

I think I've used almond bark that was a year old. Six months for sure, with no problems.

I wouldn't freeze it, I forget what it's called, but Chocolate gets that white film on it when you freeze it.

you could also call the manufacturer. See what they say.

I keep mine in the fridge. If you keep it wrapped tight that should keep out odors and I dont think it would ruin unless it went thru a melting stage.

Thanks! It is the white almond bark, and I have like 11 packs of 20 ounces each! I didn't pay much - I think actually 90% off, probably like .30 each or something, not much. It'd be nice to be able to use them (I thought I'd made some treats this year, but didn't have much opportunity to do so).

I sent the company an email a while back, but I think their email wasn't working. They do have a number, so I will call that. The stuff is pretty pricey, so I don't want to throw out $25 or $30 worth of almond bark when I can make
Christmas goodies!

Oh - I guess it's not really almond bark, it says almond bark on the wrapper, but it says "vanilla flavored" and "make your own almond bark". So it's Vanilla flavored baking stuff (20 ounces worth per package), by Log House. It doesn't appear to have a name of what it is!
