How long before wallet pass updates

I have in my Apple Wallet my annual pass (which funnily enough also has a physical membership card). DVC does not have a physical membership card. When I look into the app, it still shows I am DVC-Non Direct, HOWEVER, when I go online to the Disney Vacation Club website, I can print out a new blue card (we just purchased direct yesterday).

We have a trip planned soon, and I'd love to be able to access the Epcot Lounge, and be able to have the blue card accurate in the wallet. Is there something I should be doing differently? Is there usually a waiting period?

You might also go in your profile on the DVC and MDE pages and delete (and save) and then re-add your phone number. That has forced update to the digital wallet card in the past.

On our last trip, DH took a screen shot of his DVC card, and I had mine in my Apple Wallet. His screen shot was always accepted, and being competitive, we often played "Let's see who can get to their card for the CM first. Invariably, he won.

I wanted to see when mine would change to provide a data point for this post, and lo and behold it took two days after signing! I did try the remove and re-add trick, but it didn't change from ND the two times I tried this week. But checking this AM I see it automatically changed and I'm officially a DVC Y!

I had the same question - after being a resale owner, bought 150 points at VDH today and while the temporary card online shows DVC Y, wallet still shows DVC ND even after deleting and re-adding it. I’ll give it a few days before calling member services!

So mine finally updated about a week in. I even stopped by the lounge and they tried All the things above, but it didn’t work.

My wallet DVC card changed to DVC Y the day after I signed, without needing me to do anything.

After waiting a little over a week without any change to my wallet pass, decided to call Member Services. I chose the password reset/website issues option when calling. Once I got to someone, they put me on a ~10 min hold and then my pass was fixed. I had to have them do the same thing to get my wife’s pass fixed (it wasn’t fixed automatically alongside mine). So if your pass doesn’t change, call member services - they can fix it for you.
