I recently passed ROFR and sent in my paperwork and $. Assuming the sellers were as prompt how long is the average time before points are placed into my account.

When I passed it probalby took about a month once through ROFR

A month for us from passing ROFR to making reservations!

Once a resale property closes, it takes Disney 7 - 10 days to get your information entered into their system. At that time you can make your first reservation. Welcome Home!

Took me just over two weeks, but there was a minor error in the paperwork.

Once that got worked out, the points were there.

If you bought from The Timeshare Store, Inc.® please contact us immediately and we will check to make sure the sellers documents have arrived. As Robert has said should be 7 to 10 days after the file has closed.
