How long before it goes to ROFR

We are overnighting our paperwork to The Timeshare Store tomorrow. Once they receive it, how long will it take to go to Disney for ROFR?

We have an offer of $77 per point on BWV Oct. UY 150 points. Jason doesn't seem to concerned about ROFR, but I am getting nervous with reading the other posts.

Our ROFR took 2 weeks - which I hear is pretty standard. There was a post recently that someone had been waiting for three. Disney has 30 days - but they don't usually take all 30. As far as the price - who knows! But that does seem pretty safe. Good luck!

ROFR should take about 10-15 days and from there another 3-4 weeks 'til closing.
Good luck on your purchase. $77/pt should pass ROFR, no problem but are you paying the closing cost. At that price, I wouldn't worry one way or the other

If Timeshare has all your paperwork tomorrow it should go to Disney by the next day. ROFR can take 7 days to 30 days. You should be pretty safe with your offer! Our whole process from original offer to closing took 1 month and 8 days! It felt like forever but really wasn't that long especially with CHarley arriving in the middle!Good LUck!! I can't wait to go home for the first time in November!
