How long before Dreams Unlimited gets back to you?

I want to book a cruise with a 3 week window but would like to get travel agent perks. I put a request in to DU, got an email saying they would get back to me. I can't transfer the cruise to a TA because it has to be paid in full at time of booking. Anyone have an idea of how long it takes for a reply?

I haven't used DU, but, from what I read, it should be pretty quick.

Thank you! We were on the 3 night cruise on 9/22/17 and want to go back 10/23/17 for 4 nights. Unfortunately the on board booking process was not explained clearly to me so I did not pre-book this one. I will be sure to do it on the October cruise.
