How long before departure time does TTC pick up at your resort?

Can anyone who has used Tiffany tell me how long before your scheduled departure were you picked up at your WDW resort? We will have a 4pm departure and I am trying to decide how to spend the last day and when to make a PS for brunch/lunch. We have used Tiffany twice and were pleased with the service so I will probably use them again.

They will pick you up anytime you want. We were picked up at 1:30 for a 4:15 flight. I know it sounds early but We were lucky since Delta baggage system went down and it took us 1 1/2 hours to check luggage!
