How long at California Grill?

If we were to get a ressie at CG, at a time not focused around fireworks...say somewhere between 5 to 7 pm, how long does a dinner typically take? I do understand this is relative on how busy they are, how fast the server/kitchen is, number of courses, but in general, what has been your experience?

We were there for an 1.5 hours.

Our meal at Cali Grill took 2 hours...same thing at the other signatures

We ate there twice during our trip in Sept. Our ADR was at 7:20pm both times and it took about 2 hours.

Almost always 2 hours for us--.
You can also slow things down a bit if you don't order everything at once. Get drinks first, then appetizers. Order the entree only when the appetizers actually arrive. Then dessert only after the entrees have arrived--or when you're actually finished.
That'show we ALWAYS do it.
