How long are ROFR's taking these days?

My contract for BWV should be at TTS tomorrow. Then off to ROFR. My salesman says that most contracts are coming back in 2-3 weeks these days.

However, I know some people ( my sister in particular ) who were waiting till the very last minute.

For those who've passed ROFR lately, how long till you heard?

We just bought BWV through TTS. Our contract was submitted on 2/04 and we were notified that we passed ROFR on 2/14 so it took us 10 days.

We heard on 4th Feb that we had passed ROFR! This was 7 days from when it was submitted.

Friends of ours have also recently heard and that took 10 days.

8 days to pass ROFR for us.... and 1 month and 1 day to get FINAL documents in hand

now waiting to hear we have closed

We did ROFR in December. It only took disney 5 days.

OKW submitted for ROFR 1/31, heard back on 2/19 that we passed!!
