How late to park restaurants stay open after park closing?

HS closes at 8pm the night in March we're planning on being there. Mama Melrose's hours say they close at 8, but I'm seeing a reservation at 7:45 pm. I'm assuming they just stay open until all guests are done?

Does anyone have experience with feeling rushed by staff when taking an end-of-night reservation?

We've had many dining reservations close to park closing and there are many who do the same to maximize park time. We have never felt rushed and it's enjoyable walking out of a relatively quiet and nearly empty park afterwards.

We have had several ADRs close to park closing time at HS and EPCOT.
We have never noticed any difference in service, food quality or felt rushed.

At HS the last diners were out around 9:15 because they let my sister and I hang around the nearly empty park until the restaurant closed.

We had a 7:30pm ADR at Tiffins on a night AK closed at 8. No rush, but staff right outside when we exited pointing us to the buses!

We left Coral Reef quite a while after park closing in 2010 (That was a terrible restaurant experience, but that's neither here nor there) and it was actually really cool to walk through a nearly empty Epcot to the bus. And yeah, there were cast members all along the route to make sure we left. ;)

I’ve never felt rushed by restaurant staff when eating a late ADR. (After leaving an Epcot restaurant, I have experienced some CM’s that want to make sure I keep walking to the exit)

We at at O'hana for dinner - late reservation - dinner was fine till it came to coffee.
My DH wanted a cup of coffee to end the meal.
It took 3 servers to get one cup of coffee for him.
Maybe they do not serve coffee at O'hana

We've enjoyed 50's Prime Time a couple of times after closing. The food was good and we weren't rushed, but the servers were definitely not as fun as earlier in the day. The only time we were rushed is when we exited, they certainly rushed us to the exit:)

I felt rushed once when we had last seating at the Brown Derby. I said that I'd never book an ADR that close to closing again. But I probably will. I also said I'd never go back to HBD after two disappointing meals there and we went back in December and had a lovely meal and an enjoyable time. So I'm going to chalk that experience of feeling rushed up to just a one-off experience and not a pattern.

We have taken the last ADR of the night (or morning in some cases) several times, both in the parks and at the resorts. We have never felt rushed. There have even been cases where we felt like they wanted us to stay longer. When it has been in a park after closing we haven't even been really rushed to leave quickly. As long as you stay on the quickest route to the exit that is what matters. You are free to take pictures and walk at your pace and really enjoy the beautiful eeriness of an empty theme park.
