How Late is T-Rex open?

I took my godson there, and it was...WAY over the top (which isn't always a bad thing). I'd like to take my friend there on my next trip - though since we're on the dining plan, I'm thinking a drink & some Chocolate Extinction would be good enough for a look-see. Any chance to get dessert after the 9:00 La Nouba (on a Friday)? Or is that too late?

If you want to be seated. The bar will remain open till midnight.

We had to walk around the bar to where we were seated (under a giant jellyfish). It was pretty darn cool, if I remember correctly.

But the really important question is - can you still order the Chocolate Extinction at the bar (after 11:30)?

And how long is La Nouba anyway? Does anyone know what time we'd get out from the 9:00 show? (I've never seen it.)
