how late is lunch?

Okay, maybe a dumb question but.....
I have read that lunch is served at table restaurants till 4:15 and dinner starts at 4:30 (I know, it varies from restaurant to restaurant).

I wanted to take advantage of the "abboganza" lunch price at Tutto in Italy.
If our reservations are for 4:15 do we get the lunch price? Do we have to be seated before 4:30 or served before 4:30? Are they super strict?

Just wondering, as I have always made reservations for around 6 but I took a look at the price difference in this place, in particular, and it was almost a $20 per person difference!
I am planning on making dining resies. this week (we are going the last week in May)

Honestly to save money, that's what my friends & I did. We made the latest lunch reservation. If you have reservation for 4:15, you'll be charged the lunch price (for us it was that way every time) I also noticed it's almost the exact same food so you won't be missing much from dinner!)
