How late is Disney Visa Guest Svcs. Counter @ DTD open?

I'm going to redeem my Disney Visa rewards in person and I'm wondering how late the counter at Guest Services/DTD is open. TIA for any info.

It's open pretty late. I think we were there purchasing tickets around 10 or 11 one night a couple years ago. I know we were there late enough that I was surprised they were open. I think they are open as late as the Marketplace side is open.
