How late can you mobile order CS?

We might be doing a fair bit of CS meals for dinner on our upcoming trip so I was curious just how late can you mobile order those meals. Say the park closes at 8pm, how late are times available for pickup of food? If you wait too long to "book" your time are you out of luck if you try to mobile order too late and there are no more times available?

I'm not sure if it's the same in the parks as it is with QS in the resorts, but when we were at Riviera & Kidani a few months ago I placed a few mobile orders up to 5-10 minutes prior to their stated closing time in the app. Probably not something I'd gamble on if it was your last option, but we didn't have any issues with it!
