How late can you get in for EMH?

I'm sure this is in another post, but the search isn't working-

Question- how late can you get in for EMH? I know they start handing out armbands two hours before the park closes, but what's the latest? Do you have to be in the park before it officially closes, or can you still get in after it closes (assuming you have a park hopper or a valid ticket to use)?

You can still enter the park even after it closes to the general public.
