How late can you check into your hotel?

We originally wanted to leave first thing in the morning but now we won't be able to leave until later in the afternoon which brings us into Orlando after 10p.m. Will we have problems checking in?

We had no issues with late check-in the last time we went to WDW. We checked into the Wilderness Lodge after midnight. You'll be fine - enjoy!

I assume you are talking about an on-site resort...but we have checked in several times even after 11 pm and no issues whatsoever. Hope that helps!

We checked in to All Star Movies at 2:30am in 2009 due to a hiccup with Magical Express. They were able to check us in and had no problems. We did have to wait till the morning to switch to a preferred room when we were put in a non-preferred and we weren't able to get the pack-n-play at check in, but it was fine the next day.

As others have said, no need to worry. We've checked in a few times as late as 1:30 a.m. with no problems.....I think the computers change over for the next day around 6:00 or 7:00 a.m., so as long as you check in before that time, you will be good .

We checked into POP at 5am on one trip for just one night (we were moving to another resort for the rest of the trip.) We were driving down and were delayed by storms - I did keep calling the resort to let them know we were still coming and not to give away the room or put us as a no-show.

You'll be fine - you paid for it! Also, I've checked in at 2 am at AKL with no issues.

This is true, however I used to work in a hotel chain (not Disney) and our computers switched over to next day at 6:00am, however night audit began processing no call no shows around 3am. If we had their flight arrival information and saw it was delayed or canceled, or their reservation was notated saying they would be a late arrival, it was set aside until morning. If you are arriving after midnight, I would strongly suggest calling to notate your reservation of your approximate arrival time or doing online check-in where you are asked of your approximate arrival time, just to be safe.
