How late can you add dcl transfers?

So despite not seeing a single flake of snow all winter, there is now the possibility of a winter storm on Friday when we are supposed to leave for our cruise.

I had been considering changing our flight to Thursday and spending 2 nights at on on-site Disney hotel. I would then need transfers.

How late can I call and add transfers from a resort?

Trying to wait until Wednesday to get a better idea of what’s going to happen weather wise.

I don't know when the cutoff is, but I would do it ASAP if you are going to do it.

I know transfers from the airport can (or could) be added on-site. Since transfers from WDW resorts involve more scheduling and planning of how many passengers/how many buses/which bus routes -- I recommend adding it ASAP or risk being told the bus is full. Alternatives if that happens include a private car service, Uber/Lyft or a car rental. Depending on your party size, the alternatives may be less expensive.

You could also find WDW resort rooms booked if you wait, because other guests may also arrive early trying to beat the storm. I wouldn't wait too long to change your plans.
