how late can we decide on package???

Ok...first trip with the new boyfriend. He's an off-siter...I'm an on-siter.
I'm trying to talk him into adding the new dining plan to our vacation. Right now we only have the room booked. How late can we add the the dining and tickets on to our vacation. Can we do it when we arrive and check in??
Anyone know??? I've always had everything planned out months ahead of time while he just goes with the flow. Any help would be appreciated. All this non-plannning is stressing me out.....lol

CM told me I had until Feb. 15th to change my dream makers package over to the MYW Package. I Don't really know about room only.
