How late are ticket counters open?

We will arrive around 8:30 or 9 pm and the MK is open to 12. We would like to go to the park that evening. I will bringing our AP voucher to get them activated. Has anyone else gone late and did this?

If the park is open, there will be a Guest Relations open outside that park.

Thank you!! I wish I could leave earlier in the day, but that is the soonest we can get there. If only a few hours it will make the kids happy.
