-do they always offer free dinning?

We went the last week of Sep. 07 and are planning on going back the 3rd week of Sep. this year. Last year we had free dining, the weather was HOT HOT HOT and did I mention HOT!! It did rain on 1 day, really hard, but we were just there in Feb. and had rain too, so I don't think that's any different. The crowds were great, I would say light! It's a great time to go for free dining, which I hope they do this year. Either way we'll be there the third week. Hope this helps

We are regulars the last week of Sept.

The weather is hot, in the 80's. The days with rain were rare and the rain didn't last all day. Some times only 20mins.

The crowds are great. We rarely had to use the fast pass. We walked right onto Soaring. The biggest crowds are at the restaurants. As this is free dining time we normally have to wait about 10-20mins for our ADR once we check in

They have offered free dining for the last 3yrs. We are crossing our fingers for year. The booking usally starts at the begining of April. Rumor has it that if free dining comes out the last day will be Sept 26.

The last weeks of September/early October are great because the crowds are down. The weather is still hot and you may get some rain for short periods but you would all summer too. Also if you go early October Mickey's not so scary halloween party may already be running and that is one of my very favourite things that Disney does!

Oh my, as much as I loved the weather and free dining I really hated these things every where.
