Didn't notice specific merchandise issues, except the old standby problem of them being out of that one size you need in that one sweatshirt you really like...
Resorts seemed to be open to full capacity, or at least they had plenty of help behind the desk and I was able to get rooms on my dates with no difficulty.
Table service restaurants are not at full capacity from what I saw, but reservations are not hard to get if you look at least a few days out, or more for popular times/places. I did not have a problem getting lunch times for the next day / 2 days out, but it was a slower week (end of Oct/early Nov). Also did not have a problem showing up early for reservations. Each meal, we were seated within 5min of checking in - and our only 5min wait was Mythos at lunch time when we were 30min early.
Quick service restaurants - lines moved quickly from what I experienced, but we did not do the HP restaurants this time around.
It seems as though everything is back at UO at this point - shows, parades, single rider lines, street entertainment, preshows.
I think AP prices went up $50 or so; I don't keep track of ticket prices.
Things that I specifically noted which remain changed due to Covid:
1. Announcements every few minutes encouraging social distancing - although they fill every seat for shows / rides.
2. Meet & Greets are 6' apart
3. Some menus are still more limited than they were 3 years ago, but most seem to be back to nearly normal.
