We'd love to hear opinions as we will be dining here for the first time in August.

Thanks!!!

We are too! August 22 for dinner, I think around 5:30. Never been before but the menu looks good.

I personally LOVE Tony's.:thumbsup2
#1 for me is the atmosphere. #2 is the food, I've always enjoyed my entrees.
#3 is the dessert. They are all delicious.
That being said, it's still a bit pricey. I would choose lunch time over dinner for that reason.

I was about to post this same thread because I have read very few positive reviews about this restaurant.

I have only been there once - and for lunch. I keep hearing it gets bad reviews on the boards, but have never read anything specific (in recent memory) about the negative aspects. I would most likely not eat dinner there...but I think it's a great spot to have lunch and watch the day time parade.

We ate at Tony's last week for lunch because it was the only thing available in the park for table service that day.

-I got the Spaghetti and meatballs and did not like it one bit. Just didn't taste very good to me.

-They do have a good spot to watch parades. Even if you table is inside they let you go out to a viewing area (right above the bench with the Goofy statue)

-It's a hard place to get to for lunch- it's right at the front of the park so you have to stop what you are doing and come all the way back. We got stuck on Dumbo (what a slow loading ride!) and had to rush for our table.

We've eaten at Tony's twice for dinner. The first time the food was okay - nothing special.

We chose to go back because we needed a place to have dinner prior to MNSSHP. Our friends wanted to try somewhere new so we suggested Tony's. We were sooooo embarassed. The menu had shrunk to almost nothing and the food was just BAD. No one enjoyed their dinner and we left their and went and got chili dogs as a "snack" because everyone was already hungry.

I don't think we'll be back
