Breakfast at The Wave is one of the best on property - the coffee is outstanding and everything we have tried so far has been great. I am sure you have read or already know about their drive for organic, locally grown, sustainable, eco-friendly products. Don't mistake that to mean healthy - not saying everything is bad for you, but it isn't automatically lo-cal, low fat, etc.
Anyway, we did try lunch here once and sadly I was underwhelmed. It all went really wrong when a chicken salad had dark meat chicken on it!! Sorry, but DW has had chicken on salad countless times - it is pretty much her go to order anywhere we go - and this was the first time she has ever been served dark meat. The apps were relatively uninspiring too - I still like it for lunch and would try it again (or probably try dinner here first) but after how wonderful breakfast was, this was disappointing.
There is a more complete review in my trip report link in my sig. Hope this helps!
I've been to The Wave twice now for dinner (last time just a week ago), and both times have been unimpressed. The food's preparation is technically good, but lacking in interest. It is relatively boring food. Not bad food, but when I go out to eat I like to have something a bit more interesting. I like the eco/organic angle the restaurant has, but it has to go beyond that.
