How is the SSR studio sofa bed, comfortable?

I'm staying in a studio with my DS18 in March for a first time stay at SSR. Was the sofa bed comfortable? Did you like your stay at SSR?

IMHO, the SSR sofa bed was by far the most comfortable sofa bed upon which I have ever slept.

I agree, very comfortable. I thought SSR was great. The quiet pool was just gorgeous.

The Sofa Beds at SSR are memory foam mattresses without that uncomfortable bar across your back. BIG improvement!

I love the SSR quuen and king beds! For me they are extremely comfortable. That said, I laid down on the sofa bed to watch TV when DH and DS were on the queen bed and I was amazed how comfortable the sofa bed was. I fell asleep and had a very nice nap. I would not hesitate to sleep on it and I am a middle-aged woman!

13 year old DD's sure are fun, aren't they? God bless 'em. I think would have been tempted to hide a pea under the mattress on the last day.

There are no rollaway beds. If you want an extra bed you'll have to bring an air mattress and sheets because they won't supply those either.

Aritst Pallette is not like the food courts at the Moderates. It has a different menu with many flatbread options. I am a burger person and there are none on the menu. Oh well. Cant love everything!

I slept on the sofa bed with my daughter for three nites. It was hard to pull out but once we had it out we left it out. The mattress is once solid piece of about 2" foam. Not great but there is no bar in your back.

The CS does have breakfast goods, donuts, bagels and they do have flatbreads. I didn't eat there but did use a snack credit for a box of donuts. They have most things anyone would need in the grocery section, not what you want.

It was a nice stay but glad to be home.

I really liked the Artist's Palatte beacuse it had unusual options. Burgers/BBQ/Pizza are sort of my default CS lunch in the parks, so I found it nice to have an option.

It's only dissimilar to the food courts because there are not multiple grill lines. There is only a "wood oven" type of line with gourmet panini-type sandwiches and fresh flatbreads with different toppings (like grilled chicken and artichoke hearts). Sandwiches come with homemade chips.

There is a bakery case with numerous desserts and cheesecakes the way they have in the food-courts.

Thanks on the reviews of this CS everyone, that is great (but I will miss cheeseburgers). Now, can you tell me about the pool slide, I don't like real dark ones, but I'm a slide Lover! I love fast ones that go round, not straight down. So will I like the SSR one?

It goes around and it's not enclosed and dark!

But - my favorite thing about the pool is the zero entry part because you can find a spot and sit in the water and read.

I don't know. We stick the kids on them. They have never complained and even look forward to sleeping on them when we go so they must be pretty comfy.

My two teen boys (18 & 16) sleep together on the sofa bed at SSR and have no complaints. I was worried since they've been to sofa bed hell before and it ruined our vacation.
